These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, services, events, classes, workshops, communications, and experiences operated by Erin Leigh Studios LLC (“Erin Leigh Studios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to:

By accessing our websites, attending events, registering for services, submitting forms, purchasing products or services, or otherwise interacting with Erin Leigh Studios LLC, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Erin Leigh Studios LLC provides creative services and experiences which may include:

• live event and wedding painting
• fine art commissions
• corporate events and activations
• paint and sip classes
• workshops and retreats
• wellness and creative experiences
• educational programming
• online content and communications
• event coordination and consultation services

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Payments and Deposits

Certain services require deposits, retainers, or advance payment.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

• deposits and retainers are non-refundable
• final balances must be paid according to the terms outlined in your invoice or agreement
• failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of services or forfeiture of event dates

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services for non-payment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the service, event, workshop, or agreement.

For public classes, workshops, and ticketed events:

• refunds may not be available for last-minute cancellations
• credits or transfers may be offered at our discretion

For private events, weddings, corporate bookings, and commissions:

• cancellation terms are governed by the signed agreement associated with the booking

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to illness, emergencies, weather conditions, venue issues, insufficient enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, written content, branding, class materials, workshop concepts, photographs, graphics, videos, and website content created or provided by Erin Leigh Studios LLC remain the intellectual property of Erin Leigh Studios LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, taught, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission. Commissioned artwork does not transfer copyright ownership unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Photography and Media Release

Photography and video may occur during events, workshops, public classes, or experiences.

By attending public events or participating in services, you grant Erin Leigh Studios LLC permission to use photographs, videos, testimonials, or recordings for marketing, promotional, educational, website, portfolio, and social media purposes unless you notify us in writing in advance. Private client agreements may contain separate media usage terms.

Corporate Workshops and Team Experiences

Corporate clients are responsible for:

• providing accurate participant counts
• ensuring appropriate venue accommodations
• communicating any relevant accessibility or safety concerns
• ensuring participants understand the voluntary nature of creative participation

Erin Leigh Studios LLC is not responsible for business outcomes, employee performance, therapeutic outcomes, or organizational decisions resulting from participation in workshops or experiences.

Wellness and Educational Disclaimer

Calming the Chaos and related workshops, classes, and creative experiences are intended for educational, recreational, personal growth, and wellness-supportive purposes only. These experiences are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or licensed healthcare services. Participation is voluntary and participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in creative classes, workshops, events, and experiences may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• use of art materials and tools
• physical movement
• group participation
• emotional expression
• event-related hazards

By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and agree to release Erin Leigh Studios LLC from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erin Leigh Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• use of our websites
• participation in events or workshops
• delays or cancellations
• service interruptions
• third-party venues or vendors
• communication failures
• technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Erin Leigh Studios LLC for the applicable service.

Third-Party Services

• scheduling
• ticketing

• SMS messaging
• video conferencing

We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or service interruptions of third-party providers.

SMS and Electronic Communications
